Kinergetics(R) and RESET(R) are modalities of Kinesiology developed by Philip Rafferty in the 1990s. They have evolved over a lifetime of experience working with Kinesiology, and have been developed into a global network of licensed instructors and practitioners. This network and all of the intellectual property associated with Kinergetics and RESET is now owned and managed by the Kinergetics Trust, the authorised custodians of Philip Rafferty's work. As a result of this extensive history of exclusive use, the trustees of the Kinergetics Trust own Kinergetics and RESET as trade marks wherever they are used in connection with Kinesiology instruction or practice, anywhere in the world. This means that these trade marks must not be used without permission. Only licensed instructors and practitioners who have been certified as trained in Philip Rafferty's methods have been granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use these trade marks. The methods used in the Kinergetics and RESET modalities are trade secrets that may only be demonstrated in the context of a live (face-to-face) workshop presented by a licensed instructor. Licensed instructors and practitioners are strictly prohibited from demonstrating these methods online. All material connected with the instruction and practice of Kinergetics and RESET, including manuals, textbooks, charts, posters, and photographs is protected by Australian and International copyright law and must not be used or reproduced in any way that is not explicitly authorised by the trustees of the Kinergetics Trust. If you have any questions about appropriate use, or the process of becoming a licenced instructor or practitioner, please contact us:firstname.lastname@example.org
